Fred Eatery Aldgate SA

FRED Eatery Restaurant/Cafe has recently changed hands, Aldgate Providore hence the name change Fred's Eatery. There are a number dining areas,  the front off the Main Street, down the back, upstairs and a tidy well located alfresco area. The table options are good and can be well utilised. The interior is warm and welcoming. We visited and  enjoyed a very well made fresh light lunch, along with Freds unique custom blended coffee, very tasty. Even though it was lunch time and the venue was busy, the service was efficient and friendly. They advertise best breakfast in the Hills so must return to experience.

Crafers Gourmet Deli S.A.

" More than a takeaway Deli"

Located across the road from the Crafers Hotel, with a generous serving area, and a tidy relaxing dining area, with a good range of food options, makes the Crafers Gourmet Deli very popular with the locals and cyclists that frequently bike the Hills. Open for breakfast and lunch with an excellent range of freshly prepared options,  eg, cheese, tomatoes and olives focaccia with their own pesto, and chicken tandoori wrap, rich and tasty, is only one of many food options. As I sat and enjoyed a relaxing lunch in the dining area, with a latte,  (Mahalia boutique coffee roaster, winner of a number of awards, from Robe SA.) I found the service was good, the dining area relaxing and comfortable, with a  de stress ambience, which completed my lunch experience.

CIBO Espresso Burnside Village SA

When you read or hear the name, "CIBO" the first thing that comes to mind is coffee. Friends there is a lot more going on at CIBO Burnside Village, than just coffee. First there is an exhaustive excellent range of affordable food choices. Secondly, they have two large modern coffee machines, maned by people who know how to prepare a good coffee. When busy, this helps quicken any delay while waiting for your daily fix. The seating is spacious and comfortable, free Wifi is available, and the service is efficient and friendly. For us it was a good choice as we relaxed over a well made coffee in the dining area.

VP'S Cafe Burnside Village S.A.

Located at the entrance of the modern, busy, Burnside Mall Village, is VP'S Cafe. Very clean and tidy with a good spacious serving area. The colour scheme is predominately red and black. The food options are written up on the wall, with large cabinets full of tasty looking treats. We found the cafe very busy and popular with Village staff, always a good sign. We enjoyed fresh muffins with two very well made coffee,s. The service was efficient and friendly, local News papers are available to read, free Wifi is also available, also they have a discount coffee card available. Enjoyable morning tea relax while shopping in the Village.

Flying Fish Cafe Restaurant Port Elliot SA

The Flying Fish Cafe & restaurant, is situated at Horse Shoe Bay, over looking the sea, next door to the local Bowling Club. We had a delightful brunch, relaxing, enjoying the sound of breakers on the beach, with good views. Being beside the sea, we chose a fish plate, which was excellent, finishing with a very smooth Monjava coffee. Faultlessly prepared and presented, along with good friendly service. We had our brunch in the cafe area, would have to be the best fish & Fries we have enjoyed at a seaside Cafe. The restaurant which flows through the Cafe along the front with great sea views looked very inviting, with a special lunch menu. We were so impressed with the cafe brunch we will return to the restaurant which has great reviews. News papers, free WiFi, which made this a very enjoyable stop over.
