Amor Amora Epicurean Cafe Guildford Surrey UK

Amor Amora epicurean cafe, High St Guildford Surrey UK, has recently been refurbished. The decor is very well organised, wooden table and chairs in a long hallway, with artwork on the walls. One side wall birds sitting on branches, very effective. Altogether creating a nice cosy ambience. We ordered a coffee and cake, the coffee was smooth, unfortunately the cake was a little dry. On paying the account we found it was much more expensive than the average charged, for a coffee and cake. We should have checked the price before ordering.

Tour of Abbey Tower Bath UK

After walking around inside the Abbey, two very knowledgeable tour guides. lead you up a narrow spiral staircase, totalling 219 steps to the top of the tower. At half way you stop at the bell ringers room, behind the clock face. The guides tell you the amazing history of the tower and how the bells have been rung through the ages. While standing behind the clock face every thing about the clock is also explained, very interesting, fascinating documentary. Then you continue the climb of the narrow stairwell to the top. The 360deg views of Bath and the surrounding countryside are quite breathtaking. The cost of the tour is £5, which is very reasonable for such a well organised, explanatory history, of the Abbey.

Ed's Easy Diner Peacock Centre Woking

When in town with the troops, looking to dine, then Ed's easy Diner could well be the place. On arrival, "WOW" this sends you back to the 60,s, the music, the seating, the vibe. On checking the two large menus (one Gluten Free). You leave the 60's and return to   the 2 0 Sixteen's. Both menus offer an extensive choice of plates, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken Specials, and the list goes on, all at very affordable prices. I enjoyed my time, found the food well presented, enjoyed a coffee. Fully appreciate how this franchise has over 60 venues, probably one near your place, I am sure McDonalds are very aware of this opposition. Ed's have an array of special offers, from  signing in, prize winning cards, collecting Card prizes, and the list of options just increase and change. The Real Italian Pizza Company Bath

The Real Italian Pizza Company Bath, is a family owned pizzeria that serves pizza as prepared in Italy. As we walked in the door you can see the wood fired oven, and sense the aroma of wood fired pizza and pasta being prepared. Unfortunately there was no room down stairs beside the wood oven, so we dined upstairs. The wait staff were very efficient and professional. The menu reflected a genuine Italian pizza range. The wood fired oven gives the pizzas a great flavour with a base that creates crispy and doughy bits to savour. We all enjoyed our choices of pizzas, which were extremely tasty. Very enjoyable dinner with a glass of wine.

Monmouth Coffee 27 Monmouth St Covent Garden London UK

If your passion is for great coffee while in London, then you must go to the Borough Market, there you will find Monmouth Coffee, 27 Monmouth St London. First up they will let you taste a chosen coffee. I enjoyed a fresh, single origin Colombian coffee, full bodied, not bitter, with a lingering after taste. This coffee destination is extremely busy, with a steady moving queue, with most tables full. The service was friendly, very professional, with grinders and Barista's at full pace. The ambience is a real buzz, absolutely full of locals, tourists, shoppers, and like myself looking for a satisfying shot. Also with their location in the market you will find some excellent fare available. When ever in London down by the Bridge Tube Station, desire a great coffee this is where I shall be. Such a great experience made my day.

Pinnock's Coffee House, High St Ripley, Woking, Surrey UK.

Many boutique coffee houses are extremely passionate about their coffee, we found Pinnock's in Ripley have gone beyond passionate. They have a variety of different strength coffee beans to suit your taste, with unique flavours. They use a drip process, where the beans are ground freshly for each cup, then using their drip method ensures a smooth, lingering, wonderful cup of coffee. We found having brunch with coffee was so relaxing, as we comfortable settled upstairs, in their large lounge area. Taylor's Coffee House, Peacock Walkway Woking Surrey UK

Taylor's Coffee House located at Peacocks Walk, Woking. Is a boutique Hole in the Wall
style cafe, designed for high foot traffic, where most of the customers just want a coffee as they walk past shopping. The biggest problem with some of these styled cafe's, the coffee leaves a lot to be desired. The owner of Taylor's Coffee House is very discerning when it comes to roasters and baristas. With much passion and experience he has sourced a local speciality coffee roaster, who produces excellent sourced Colombian coffee. In Woking and West  Byfleet this is our place of preference for a coffee.

FOODSTREET Changi Airport Singapore

FOODSTREET Changi Airport Singapore, could well be the most amazing street of food you may ever visit.  It is located upstairs in terminal three, in a single row of around one hundred meters. There are approximately twenty food stalls, all preparing as you wait, over 200 assorted Asian plates. The range of freshly prepared dishes In its self is difficult to fully comprehend. Prices are from around $15 to $1 per dish. We sat down to two very well prepared meals, while hundreds of people filed past ordering. As we were flying Singapore Airlines, we were given as a bonus four $20 vouchers, where half could be used for food, and the other half in any duty free shop at the airport.  Great value, quite understandable it being so popular. With vouchers had to be fantastic value "FREE"

Stanley Bridge Tavern Verdun SA

Stanley Bridge Tavern Est 1853, is your refurbished older style historic hotel, situated in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, via the Onkaparinga scenic Valley road.
An open fireplace in the olde-worlde bar area enhances the cozy ambience, and a complete absence of poker machines make this gastro-pub a great place to unwind with a quality meal, glass of fine wine, or Stanley Gourmet Platter. Candlelight adds to the intimacy and overall coziness  of the restaurant dining area. The menu includes cheese and regional food platters, as well as other substantial modern Australian dishes. We treated our taste buds to the Cajun Pecker; Char-Grilled Cajun Spiced Chicken Breast, with Sour Cream, Tomato Salsa, Jalapeños and the Stanley's famous Slaw & Chunky fries. A Big Angus; 300g Grain-Fed Angus Ribeye on the bone, Mushroom sauce, served with the Stanley's Slaw & Chunky Fries. Both dinners were very well presented and nourishing on a cold evening, as we enjoyed a table beside the crackling open fire, with a glass of red, very relaxing. Our choices for dessert were, a Pear, Walnut & Fig Crumble, and a classic Sticky Date Pudding. Both desserts were generous and pleasing, completing our very pleasant evening. Friendly staff with good service.
