The "RED DOOR espresso"  A Must Visit when in Tanunda, Barossa Valley SA

Specials board,s, Family friendly, Bathrooms, Pet friendly, Wheelchair access, Afternoon platters, Kids menu. Plus at the Weekends, Live restful music, News papers, Free Wifi, Coffee Amanti  Golden Mocha, selected teas, and wines.
The interior has polished & slate flooring, with modern surrounds, creating an excellent inviting vibe.
The dining area is extensive with good seating configurations, generous lounge area with comfortable couches, and a very modern alfresco area out the back.
Most food is sourced, fresh from the local area, prepared in their modern open plan designed kitchen.
An excellent range of freshly made, tempting food option from breakfast to late lunch available. We enjoyed two very well made Coffees, with a Baguette, Roast chicken, guacamole, bacon, lettuce & RD Caesar mayonnaise, also a fresh apple muffin. Very relaxing enjoying the solo guitarist. Next time in Tanunda, we will make this a brunch stop enabling us to enjoy more of their extensive menu. This venue ticks all the boxes, disappointing it is not in the Adelaide Hills region.

Vinnies Op shop Glen Osmond Rd Parkside SA

What an amazing find, Vinnies Parkside, Glen Osmond SA, this is far from your usual OpShop. On entering your eyes will light up, looks like a modern apartment store, with helpful staff wanting to assist you. There is such  an assortment to look at. From men's and ladies, designer clothing, big range of smart footwear, lots of fashion accessories, kitchen ware, China, glass wear, books and the range just goes on. Every thing is well displayed, in a very presentable fashion, many items are new, yet the prices are extremely affordable. If you have never been to this Op Shop in my opinion it is well worth a visit.

Joan's Pantry Hawthorndene S.A.

Located in Hawthorndene, at 7 Watahuna Ave, opposite and beside the recreational oval, near where the Minno Creek foot bridge is, you will find ample parking on both sides of the Rd. On the Cafe/Restaurant side wall is written,  "Welcome to Joan's, GREAT COFFEE FOOD & WINE.  After several visits for coffee and cake which we enjoyed, decided to return and sample the breakfast & lunch menu. From a tempting selection we chose, two dishes, Big Breakfast: Swiss brown mushrooms my, roasted tomato, bacon, sausage, home made beans, scrambled eggs with sourdough toast.
Salmon on Rye: house cured smoked salmon, dill cream cheese, pickled onions, rocket, free range poached egg on toasted rye.
Both orders were very well presented and promptly served. The busyness of the cafe confirms its popularity. We enjoyed a comfortable table beside an appealing alfresco area, news papers are supplied, free Wifi is available, all with a very relaxing ambience. Being Autumn the tree foliage is in this area is nothing short of stunning. An appealing destination Cafe/Restaurant that will shortly be opening in the evenings for dinner. A very pleasurable brunch.

Bar 9 Cafe Glen Osmond S.A.

Breakfast, brunch or coffee, Bar 9 would have to be the best. The seating configurations are excellent for singles, couples or groups. Even though this Cafe is very busy, the service is excellent, the staff are very obliging and friendly. We chose for our breakfast, from a well thought out menu. Bacon and scrambled eggs, the meal was well prepared, with very little delay. While we enjoyed a very smooth coffee, we read the papers that are provided and I did this review on their free WiFi. It is quite understandable why this place is so busy, like us, many customers have become regulars. The ambience is good with light music in the background, with the buzz of conversation. If we lived in this area we would be very regular visitors also.
