A Cafe Jetty Road Brighton SA
A Cafe has the largest Marilyn Monroe Memorabilia Collection in Australia, even their calling card is an authentic copy of Marilyn's, California driving license. We sat outside on comfortable retro wood & canvas chairs, enjoying two large lattes, a huge slice of Baklava and a beautiful warm soft delicious fresh made muffin. Very relaxing watching the crowd walk past us, great place if you are a people watcher. Inside has comfortable seating configurations, with the walls adorned with photos of Marilyn. Even though popular and busy, we found the service excellent. For us this was a great find and we will definitely return for breakfast.

Joan's Pantry Hawthendene SA
Next time you are in the Blackwood, Belair or Mitcham townships, then check out Hawthorndene where you will find opposite a parkland setting, with ample car parking, "Joan's Pantry". I have passed "Joan's Pantry" on a number of occasions travelling from Stirling to Flinders Hospital on the Upper Sturt Rd, but always in a hurry. After stopping for a coffee and a cake, realised I should have stopped here a long time ago. Not only is the location good for picnics, dog walking, children's play ground or just relaxing. We found the "Pantry" is a large modern purpose built restaurant, having good facilities, a great kitchen, with an excellent breakfast lunch or take away menu, all at competitive prices. What with a good choice of seating options, indoor and out door, free WiFi, News Paper. We enjoyed their special roast, very well made coffee, with a cake from the display case. We found the service excellent, warm and friendly. Our only disappointment is we should have called in a long time ago, now "Joan's Pantry" will be a regular stop when ever in this area in the future.
A P O Cafe, corner Wattle St & Unley Rd Adelaide SA
A New Cafe With Vision
What a delightful find on the Corner of Wattle St & Unley Rd. The layout and design of this new, modern, spacious, delightfully thought out cafe, has every thing a modern Cafe should have, resulting in a very relaxing enjoyable experience. The menu is extensive with some wonderful food options. We enjoyed a very well made coffee, with a grilled wrap, two for $10 great a good value lunch. The service was excellent, as we enjoyed free WiFi and a read of the Adelaide News Paper. As time goes on, and the word gets out, this Cafe will get busy as it is located on the Unley road shopping area.

Cafe Bravo The Parade Norwood S.A.
"An Italian Icon in Norwood"
This cafe has an Italian vibe and decor. Cafe Bravo is well recognized for it's excellent food and coffee. As usual the cafe was full of customers enjoying there lunch choices, chatting and relaxing. Outside on the foot path where there are a number of table and chairs, were also well occupied. The reason this cafe/restaurant is so popular, the menu has a good range of food options, the Coffee is excellent, the seating is accommodating, free Wifi and news papers are supplied, all with good efficient service and friendly staff. We often are on the Parade in Norwood and like many locals, this is our place of choice.
